Rodolfo Leiter

Rodolfo focuses his practice on Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, and Compliance. He has advised domestic and foreign clients in corporate restructurings and drafted and negotiated all types of commercial contracts, including outsourcing and software-as-a-service contracts. 

His advice is oriented to relevant players in the TMT industry on issues of information technology, marketplaces, Fintech, IT outsourcing, licensing, distribution, e-commerce agreements, software development contracts, and software platform implementation, as well as the protection and storage of personal data.

In addition, he has extensive experience in matters related to Data Protection and Cybersecurity, having completed a secondment in this area in London.
