Francisca Macchiavello

Francisca Macchiavello concentrates her practice on the area of Compliance, where she has advised national and international clients in risk analysis processes regarding Economic Crimes and the preparation and implementation of Crime Prevention Models.

Additionally, she has experience advising clients on compliance models required by Chilean legislation, ranging from environmental issues to consumer law and antitrust.

Francisca has actively participated in lectures and training on Economic Crimes, Law No. 20.393 and Law No. 21.595 for clients in the energy and natural resources, technology and infrastructure industries.
