The Antitrut Agency (FNE) approved, after five months and without conditions, the aquisition of a majority stake in Cornershop by Uber.
The operation was advised by Matías Zegers, Felipe Bahamondez, Carolina Bawlitza, Jorge Timmermann and Macarena Alliende, all of them from DLA Piper.
